The truth is that whether you are one of our sellers or one of our tenant buyers, we have been where you are now!

We have had as many as two home sit vacant for over a year, all while we were trying to sell and living in another state. We know that this can be both financially and emotionally devastating.

We’ve also been through tremendous personal and financial set-backs in our lives, and found ourselves, like many of our tenant/buyers, trying to start over. Having previously owned a mortgage company, we know what it is like to have the rug pulled out from under you and to struggle to find your way back. We have even had trouble since we have had this business when in a single month we received over $8,000 in bad checks.

That is why we take so much joy in helping our buyers realize their dreams – because we understand that having had set back doesn’t mean that your life should be over. Some of the best advice ever give to us is that you only have failed when you quit.
