Just wanted to give our current clients, loyal readers and subscribers a quick heads up. Because our email addresses are publicly advertised all over the Internet in our ads, articles, blog posts and comments and due to the volume of emails we receive and send, we use enterprise grade email solutions with state of the art spam filtering software. Last week an upgrade to our spam filter took place. The new spam filter uses state of the art A.I. or artificial intelligence software that learns what emails we receive are spam and which ones are legit. The challenge with this is that it is artificial intelligence and the learning process can take several weeks. As a result, many of the emails that you have sent have been mistakenly caught in this filter over the last week or so as it was learning what to let through and what to quarantine.

I have modified the settings of the spam filter to a lower level of security and ensured that many of you are on my whitelist.
