New Listings & Other Updates

The new year is upon us and we are getting bombarded with new inventory from all over the United States. If you would like Advanced Screening of the properties before they are made available to the public, simply call or email me and I will get you the preliminary data and photos.

After the Advanced Screening they will go live on the website. Once they go live on the website, to see the new homes you simply need to go to our Listings page. Many people mistakenly think that we sell lists of rent to own inventory. We do NOT sell lists of rent to own inventory and I caution you to beware of companies that do. Most of them are a waste of time, energy and money.

These new homes will be added to the website beginning late this afternoon or early tomorrow. If you are interested in properties in the selected cities, call or email immediately because properties have a way of moving very quickly at the first of the year.

We have seen massive changes in the market and industry since we first began and our efforts have shifted dramatically based on overwhelming market demand.

When we first began FinanceTheDream.com several years ago, we quickly generated more than $40 million dollars worth of standing inventory all over Atlanta and various Florida metros. We maintained a high level of inventory as we began our expansion into other metro markets. You will probably notice that we do not presently carry a great deal of standing inventory any longer. This is, in large part, due to overwhelming market demand from all over the United States. What happened was that people love our program but it was simply impossible to always have the perfect house for every client in all 50 states (as I am sure you can imagine). As a result, we were asked to develop our Custom HomeFinder Program which quickly became our most popular program. Using our Custom HomeFinder Program, you are able to get a home that matches YOUR specific criteria versus being pigeonholed into standing inventory that may or may not work for you. For us, from a business perspective, it made infinitely more sense to only secure properties that were already sold (since we already had a buyer lined up) versus the gargantuan amount of work involved in securing hundreds of properties with no defined buyer that may or may not sell. Having said that, we still get tons of inquiries from sellers, investors and builders asking us to help them market their properties.

So, if you don’t see a great deal of standing inventory on the site anymore, it is strictly because we are working feverishly with active buyers to acquire specific properties that are already sold through our Custom HomeFinder Program. Check it out and see if it is right for you!
