New Listings Update For Rent To Own Homes

by Vincent Polisi on March 19, 2010

It has been a crazy couple of weeks to say the least. In order to serve you better we migrated to a virtual private server (VPS) cloud. What this does is provide us with additional storage space and bandwidth to handle the ever increasing demands of our website visitors. You are probably thinking, “what does that do for me?”.

Answer:  It makes the websites lightning fast regardless of how many visitors are on at one time.

With the new VPS and website migrations, we are changing the format of our rent to own homes listings to provide you with more and better information in a much easier viewing format. Through our Google Maps API, we are now integrating Google Maps into all listings so you can instantly see where the property is located.

We would love to get some feedback from you on other features that you would like to make your house hunt easier, faster and more enjoyable. Please use the comment box below to tell us the features you would like added.

A big question I have been asked by many of you is,

“WHEN ARE THE LISTINGS GOING TO BE ADDED BACK TO THE WEBSITE???!!!”

and the answer is: beginning Monday. We have been interviewing programmers who can handle what has become an overwhelming task with all of the new properties that we are bringing into inventory. They officially start on Monday. From then on, you will see a continual drip of new properties being added on a daily basis. We will continue to notify you when new homes are added.

Some really exciting news:

Our Custom HomeFinder Program has become, without question, our most popular program because it enables our clients to get the exact home they want even if it isn’t presently in our inventory. Amazingly, the word has spread like wildfire and we are now doing this in all 50 states.

Because of the overwhelming demand from all over the United States, we are now working on creating the largest independently and individually controlled  inventory of rent to own homes in the world. Beginning next week, in addition to the properties in Georgia and Florida, you will begin to see new inventory in California, Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Missouri, Texas, Washington, Hawaii and Illinois as we begin the nationwide expansion of what will be the Internet’s largest Owner Listings Service.

Additionally, as crazy as it may sound, because the mortgage markets haven’t recovered nationally or internationally, we have also been approached to begin global expansion to Canada, England, Australia and New Zealand. This goes far beyond anything we could have ever expected when we put together our humble little program several years ago. With global expansion comes its own set of challenges as we have to learn the real estate and business laws of each new country we enter. It is going to be a wild ride to say the least.

So, thank you for your patience through our migration to the Virtual Private Server cloud. Everything will be business as usual come Monday.

Don’t forget to tell us what will make your home hunt easier in the comment box below. Also, tell us where you would like to see us acquire more inventory.

Have a great weekend!

Carl:

Great question! The answer is a definitive NO!, using the NACA Program will not interfere with our program. They are complimentary to each other because we can get you into a home now and they can finance it for you when you qualify for a mortgage using their criteria.

I recently found out that the home I am renting is in foreclosure and it will go to the auction on April 6th. Would your company be able to help me purchase this home?

Billy:

Through our program, you get partnered up with a mortgage banker who will tell you exactly what you need to do to qualify BEFORE you ever execute a contract. Unfortunately, there are a number of variables here that no one can predict or influence. For instance, lenders can change guidelines at will so the key is to not waste time and try to get qualified as quickly as possible. Additionally, no one can do more to repair your credit than you can which is why we put together Credit Repair College . Beyond that, we underwrite deals up front to ensure that you can legitimately qualify during the contract term based on the information we have today (e.g., underwriting guidelines, your income, assets, reserves, employment, etc.). The key here is to ensure that you have the best possible chance at qualifying for a mortgage so that you can own the home in your own name. Otherwise, you may as well save your money and rent.
