My husband and I did a lease purchase agreement with Vincent Polisi (Finance the Dream) almost 2 years ago. We were ready to become homeowners but did not qualify for a mortgage. While searching for alternative solutions I came across Vincent Polisi’s website Finance the Dream. It guaranteed lease purchase opportunities. Vincent qualified us for a new construction home that we were able to pick out appliances; we had warranties and everything. The entire process only took a couple of days. We thought it was too good to be true but it was true. We moved into this new construction 4 sided brick home with no hassles. As we neared the end of our lease we found out that the bank that owned the property was bought out by another bank. We were told by the bank that our contract was null and void and this new bank had decided to sell the property and someone would be contacting us to put a lock box on the door and for sale sign in the yard. I received this call the very next day. Not knowing what to do I called Vincent Polisi. He had been a godsend 2 years before maybe he could once again help us out. Part of me was also thinking he probably would not remember our previous deal or take the time to talk to me about something that was no longer his concern. I left a message for Vincent and he called me back within the hour and set my mind at ease. The new bank could not nullify our contract or put a lock box on our door. The bank did not appreciate my new-found knowledge and threatened us with eviction. I once again called Vincent. He immediately put a letter together blasting the bank for their blatant attempt at fraud and to strong-arm us. He also, offered to work with is again to keep the property or find us another property. The result, the bank apologized, rescinded the eviction threat, backed off lock box and sign threat and offered to work with us. Once again Vincent Polisi proved to be a man of his word! More so he went above and beyond to help us and ease our concerns. Vincent is the man in our book and we swear by his programs. He is really in it to help people.

Last December (2008), they helped me get into a $1.2 Million dollar new construction home in East Cobb (Marietta, GA). I went through their Platinum Level Custom HomeFinder Service. Start to finish it took about two weeks and this includes locating a home that matched my exact description. I worked one on one with Vincent Polisi. He stayed in close contact throughout the process and I was very pleased with his services. He even pushed hard for the builder to complete the home so my family could move in on Christmas Eve.

Vincent Polisi runs his business virtually and was not in Atlanta while my deal was being completed (he was with his wife and sons in Orlando at Disney World).

As such, I had to go against the grain of everything you are told not to do and take a step in faith. I would be lying if I told you that I wasn’t extremely nervous when I signed the contract and had to send the initial wire of $15,000 to someone I had never met who at the time was in another state. After sending the wire, I joked that I was waiting for Ashton Kutcher to jump out and tell me I’d been Punk’d.

I went out to the property and there was an army of workers present finalizing the trim, staining the hardwood floors, working on the punch list items and landscaping. After that, all concern vanished. I will never forget Vincent Polisi telling me that he was going to move heaven and earth to get me into the home before Christmas. True to his word, I took occupancy Christmas Eve and was able to wake up Christmas morning in my new home.

Hello my name is Dee Ann Barnett. I want to tell you about the wonderful experience that I have had with Finance the Dream. So here it is.

My husband and I had fallen into lot of financial difficulty for many reasons (mainly my medical problems that keep me from working). We never thought we would be able to get into our own house again because of our credit issues caused by mounting medical bills. We thought we would be stuck making some landlord richer for the rest of our lives. We were very discouraged. I started looking on the web for a solution to our problem and looked at many different websites that offered “free” online searches of homes with “guaranteed” approval. I signed up for several of them. On most, I never got even a return email. On the ones I did, it was an auto response that was sent and you could never get in touch with a real person to answer your questions.

I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking to get out of rent racket and into OWNING their own home. Our dreams are coming true thanks to “Finance the Dream” and to Vincent.

We have never met Vincent, he has never been to the house, he has never met the seller (who lives in Pennsylvania) and I don’t believe Vincent has ever been to Dallas or Pennsylvania. Despite all of that, he got us our Dream Home in two short weeks.

Thank you Vincent and Wendy Polisi for helping me and my three children do what I thought would be impossible for a long time, which was being on my way to owning a beautiful new home again. I have a great job but, just went through a divorce and my credit is not pretty, matter of fact it is really ugly.
