I would like to comment from a Seller’s perspective. I am a Special Assets Manager for Park Avenue Bank, which has locations in Georgia and Florida. I currently work with Real Estate Brokers, Agents, Builders and Developers in order to liquidate bank owned properties.

This takes a lot of the pressures off of the Seller’s back. This is truly a win-win situation for both the Seller and the Buyer.
